Warranty Claim Process

Arrow System Integrations, Inc. presents a 30 month Warranty on behalf of its Vendor, Telesource. The Warranty is only for for Vendor/Manufacturer hardware replacements that have been drop-shipped directly from the Vendor. This document provides the process to attain an ‘In Warranty Replacement’ component during the Warranty period. Please provide the information below to enable a warranty replacement to be processed in a timely manner. Please note that product specific information can be found on the label visible on the underside of the equipment.

IF EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNED TO TELESOURCEWITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER AN ADVANCE REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE TRANSACTION WILL BE CONSIDERED A MATERIAL SALE AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE BILLED ACCORDINGLY. USE THE RETURN LABEL THAT WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE BOX WITH YOUR REPLACEMENT. REPLACEMENT ORDERS ARE SHIPPED GROUND. EXPECT 3-5 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
